HPCL Annual General Meeting – January 23, 2019

In addition to our regular update on the League’s activities during the past year, we will also be:

• presenting the 2018 Needs Assessment survey results and plans for 2019;
• selling memberships
• reviewing the League’s 2018 financial statements;
• electing the Board of Directors; and
• reviewing and approving (if acceptable to the membership) bylaw revisions as proposed by the current Board of Directors. The League’s current bylaws and proposed amendments can be viewed here.

Please note that only those members in good standing will be eligible to vote. If you wish to vote, you will need to bring your identification and your League membership card (2018-2019 membership year). You can purchase a membership at the AGM.
