We are holding our annual general meeting on the 18th of January at 7:30 PM. All members are invited to attend, see the progress we have made over the last year in spite of the hard times, see what we aim to achieve in the next year, receive a copy of our financial information, to ask about what we are doing and to share ideas and opinions about our projects, vote on motions, and elect our next Board.
We cannot give enough thanks to the directors who have served us all so far, and we cannot give enough thanks to those who will do so in the new year. But we also cannot give remotely close to enough thanks to our hundreds of members and volunteers who continue to support us financially, materially, and with their labour to make us all shine and dedicate so much to their communities, friends, neighbours, and those they love.
Please ensure that your membership is in good standing so as to be eligible to vote or serve on the Board.
