Volunteer with HPCL as a Membership Coordinator

Heritage Point Community League is looking for a volunteer to help us handle membership sales from January 20 – July 31, 2020.

This is great opportunity to help out and learn what your community league does.

Tasks include:

• reading/responding to membership inquiry emails,
• mailing out skate tags to members who purchased from the EFCL online,
• filling membership orders for those who want to buy directly from HPCL via email or in-person, and
• attending our AGM on January 21 and our two soccer registration sessions in February to sell memberships.

There are no Board Director duties in this volunteer coordinator position (i.e., this individual is not required to attend Board meetings), but this individual will be expected to keep the Board informed via regular contact with the league President.
